Train like the pros. Private training is designed for the individual looking to gain stability, strength, mobility and speed with guided assurance. At Kinect Performance, a certified trainer will design an individualized program to efficiently address your physical needs and help you achieve your performance goals. Private training provides one-on-one attention, accountability, and measurable progress to help you play your best.

Don’t want to train by yourself? Private Group training (3 or less) is a cost-effective way to receive focused attention while working with friends or teammates in a small-group setting.
