Adult Performance Class

Get Kinected with like-minded individuals in the adult group conditioning class. This class focuses on creating a body that keeps you playing the sports you love. Whether you are a tennis player, golfer, or slow pitch soft ball player, this class will cover it all. For interactive and fun workouts that focus on all aspects of sports performance enhancement join the Adult Performance Class today!

Junior Performance Class

  • 12-18 SPORTS PERFORMANCE

  • 8-11  ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

Creating a solid foundation of athleticism is especially important for the junior athlete. These junior performance classes are designed with safety in mind, emphasizing proper form, injury prevention, and performance-enhancement techniques appropriate for the junior athlete. Both in- and off-season training allows your junior to stay performance-ready throughout the year.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

  • Group class for all athletic ability levels

  • Specific workouts for rotational athletes with friends or teammates

  • Emphasis on mobility, stability, strength, power, and body awareness

  • Unlimited or 4x per month options for Jr’s 12-18yr

  • 1x per week monthly classes for Jr’s 8-11yr
